Upgarding iPhone 4 OS version to iOS 5

Before updating my iPhone to iOS 5, i checked on internet if there is any issue. I see lot of people were complaining about their issues while upgrading to iOS5. I started upgrading mine thinking I might face issue... but guess what I had successfully upgraded to iOS 5 at my first attempt.

Here is the the steps I followed for upgrading to iOS 5:
  1. Updated my iTune to 10.5
  2. Took manual backup of my iPhone by connecting your iPhone to PC using wire.
  3. Disconnected the wire and restarted my iPhone 4
  4. Connected back to PC. It asked for updating iOS.
  5. Selected "Download and Update" option. It took around 2 hours and 30 mins. (iPhone restarted automatically).
  6. Once the Restarted after the upgrading the iOS, It asked me to configure. (Did not remove wire until I completed whole configuration to finish)
  7. It restored my contacts, notes, calendar and other stuff.
  8. It asked my Apple ID to restore my all my Apps.
  9. Asked me to configure iCloud.
  10. Once done I remove the wire and checked if everything is ok. I did not see any Song in iPOD (now Music)
  11. I restarted iTunes on my PC.
  12. I reconnected my Phone thru wire and I saw this. Still I was not able to see songs in my iPhone.
  13. I Synced my iPhone again with my iTune and this time I could see my music in my iPOD (now Music)
  14. Second day I regret myself when I see my all the Voice memo was not showing in iTunes. (lately I realized It was there in my iPhone but it was not showing me i iTunes. During this I found one software that could be useful to explore file system of your iPhone. http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/
